We Are Hiring Location: Jacksonville, FL (Hybrid) Department: Ministry Market Activation Schedule: Full-time | Days Shift Salary: $62,427.13 to $87,019.57 per year What You Will Do Create engaging multi-channel content, including blogs, social media graphics, and patient testimonials, to amplify brand awareness and drive service line growth. Collaborate with physicians, service line leaders, and communications teams to align local marketing campaigns with broader clinical and operational goals. Design professional marketing collateral, such as brochures and digital graphics, ensuring strict compliance with established healthcare brand standards. Coordinate and execute community outreach events and sponsorship activations to build meaningful relationships with local Florida populations. Manage project timelines and campaign tracking independently to ensure seamless, on-time delivery of multi-faceted marketing initiatives. What You Will Need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Additional Preferences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). 2+ years of progressive experience in marketing, communications, or healthcare campaign coordination. Demonstrated experience with content creation, social media platform management, and basic graphic design tools.
