Schedule Requirements: NOC Shift Overnight, Monday to Wednesday, 11 pm to 7 am

Earn an additional $200 monthly bonus when eligibility requirements are met. Bonus eligibility may include:

• Consistently working at least 3 overnight or nocturnal shifts per week.

• Maintaining excellent punctuality and attendance, including no tardies, no missed shifts, or call-offs during the bonus period

• Completing required documentation accurately and on time

• Providing exceptional client care and professionalism

  Bonus program terms, eligibility requirements, and payout criteria are subject to change and may be modified at the Company's discretion.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide 1:1 care to clients throughout North County San Diego , including Vista, Escondido, San Marcos, Oceanside, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, and La Jolla. You must be willing to work in these areas and able to reliably commute to client homes within 45 minutes or less . What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one care, companionship, and support for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities

• Assist with ADLs — bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, toileting, hygiene, and more

• Maintain client safety and dignity with professionalism

• Observe and report changes in condition to the office team

What We’re Looking For

• You are a Caregiver, licensed CNA, HHA, or Medical Assistant 

• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must pass drug screen, background check, and employment verification

Schedule

• Part-time and full-time available

• Day, evening, and overnight shifts

Pay

• NOC shifts offer a higher hourly rate and a monthly attendance bonus.

• For all caregivers, the starting hourly rate is $19 , with increases based on client complexity and caregiver experience.
