Employer Information This position is offered by a locally owned Dunkin' Donuts franchise. This franchise is an independent business owner; if hired, the franchisee will be your only employer. Responsibilities Deliver friendly and accurate orders to guests to enhance their experience and provide a reason for them to return. Meet operational and quality standards in a fast‑paced environment. Ensure the restaurant meets food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Communicate expectations and needs of the customers to teammates. Focus on improving sales and products through effective and ongoing training. Shift Leader Responsibilities Develop team to deliver the best guest experience and reach sales goals. Execute Brand and Franchisee standards with every product. Empower the team to satisfy guest needs and resolve issues with service. Ensure the restaurant meets food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards at all times. Plan, identify, communicate, and delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth flow of operations. Qualifications Must be authorized to work in the US. Must have a clean driving record. Be able to pass a background check in order to be issued a base pass. Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality. Previous experience working in a cafe or quick‑service restaurant preferred. Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments. Meet safety and sanitation standards. Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations. Works well in a team environment.
