Full Time Position – Montgomery/Greene/Clark Counties

Duties

The right Job Developer for this position will assist adults with disabilities or other special needs in obtaining community-
based employment. Develop job seeking skills, job placement options, and job coaching opportunities. He/she will also provide
interventions that assist clients in maintaining employment, such as job/task analyses and skills training. Experience performing
evaluations and/or client assessments preferred. Collaboration with OOD/RSC and other referring agencies for services needed.

Qualifications

Associates degree in Rehabilitation or a closely related field is required; Bachelors degree is preferred with 2-4
years experience in Vocational Rehabilitation or a closely related field. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have reliable
transportation, the ability to work a varied schedule as needed and maintain a valid Ohio driver’s license and be in compliance with
Agency insurance carrier requirements. Excellent written, oral, electronic and interpersonal communication skills and strong
organizational skills are required. CPR and First Aid training are preferred.
