In this role you will support the MDA Chief Engineer (MDA/CE) in the effort of integrating, and coordinating, complex engineering efforts involving both internal and external systems.Job Description:Assist to facilitate integration between internal and external systems Contribute to an Engineering Integrated Product Team (IPT)Coordinate with technical POCs to facilitate cross-team communicationDevelop tools and processes to capture relevant metricsEvaluate working group technical outputs to determine progress or statusEvaluate how decisions might impact schedule, dependencies, and integrated testingRequired:Bachelor's Degree.7+ years of relevant experience.Active Secret Clearance.MDA (or DoW) ExperienceExperience supporting IPTs and Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs)Excellent organization and communication skillsExperience with systems integrationDesired:Adept with some Model-based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools (Cameo, DOORs, etc.)Experience briefing and interacting with senior leadersExperience developing digital tools or dashboardsITAR Requirement:This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”).
