Prevention Specialist — Impactful HIV Prevention | 6 Weeks PTO / 401k Match

Vivent Health in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Prevention Specialist to provide confidential HIV, HCV, STI testing and counselling within a harm-reduction framework. You will educate, refer to PrEP and housing services, and perform outreach to priority populations across venues.
