SAFe Certified Senior Product Manager with 10+ years' experience, strong Agile expertise, AI product delivery, digital product roadmapping/vision, Google Analytics, Aha, web/mobile/backend platforms, stakeholder management, and preferably Healthcare Insurance or large enterprise IT background. Job Description: We are seeking a SAFe Certified Senior Digital Product Manager with strong experience leading complex digital product portfolios and AI-driven initiatives. This role partners with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, and Business stakeholders to define product vision, build roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and drive execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is a road-mapping/visionary product leader who can align 2-3 year strategic plans with business objectives while ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes. Responsibilities: Own end-to-end digital product lifecycle (discovery, roadmap, delivery, launch, and optimization) Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmaps Manage 3-5 complex digital product workstreams simultaneously Partner with engineering and agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions Lead AI-enabled product initiatives and ensure business value realization Collaborate with executives and stakeholders on long-term strategy Use analytics and insights to track performance and drive continuous improvement Provide clear communication on status, risks, and deployment timelines Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience SAFe Certification (required) 10+ years overall experience, with 6+ years as a Product Manager Strong Agile / SAFe product management experience At least 2 recent AI-related product projects Experience with Google Analytics and Aha Digital product experience across web, mobile apps, and backend systems (APIs, DB, cloud) Roadmapping, visioning, and portfolio-level product leadership Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments Preferred: Healthcare Insurance / Payer domain experience Background in large enterprise IT environments 3B Staffing LLCVacancy posted 5 days ago
