Dishwasher

ACE Brooklyn, Le le's Roman is looking for a dedicated Dishwasher to join our team in New York. The Dishwasher will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for dishes, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, etc. in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes, glassware, tableware, and other cooking utensils.
- Load dishes, glassware, and utensils into the dishwasher and unload clean items.
- Ensure the kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are clean and sanitized.
- Assist with cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, and taking out the trash.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to keep up with customer demand.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
