Quick Facts: Location: Duluth, MN Start Date: 06/30/2026 End Date/Duration: Ongoing Shift: Various shifts (schedule details to be discussed) Hours/week: To be determined Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MN RN license, COA/National Certification required Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $1.00 per hour Pay package discussed upon application Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits (W-2), robust referral bonus program, paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws, licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements where applicable What You’ll Do: Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases in a busy Level 2 trauma center Assist with scheduled procedures across multiple ORs and endo suites Support pediatric outpatient anesthesia for ENT and other outpatient specialties Collaborate with anesthesiology team and surgical staff to ensure patient safety Take part in call rotation (willingness to take call highly valued) Contribute to a multidisciplinary team committed to patient-centered care What You Need: Valid Minnesota CRNA license and certification Experience in pediatric anesthesia preferred Strong knowledge of anesthesia protocols and patient monitoring Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and critical thinking skills About the Assignment: This position is based at a leading facility in Duluth, Minnesota, featuring a busy surgical unit with extensive OR and trauma services. The role includes both scheduled cases and call responsibilities, with opportunities to work in outpatient anesthesia for pediatric ENT and specialty outpatient procedures.
