Our client, a well-established financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead the identification, recruitment, and selection of high-caliber Financial Advisors. This individual will play a key role in partnering with leadership to attract exceptional talent while building strong relationships both within the firm and throughout the community. The ideal candidate is a proactive, relationship-driven recruiter with outstanding organizational skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of urgency. Success in this role requires the ability to identify top talent, manage multiple priorities, and guide candidates through a comprehensive selection process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic recruiting initiatives to achieve hiring goals. Build and maintain strong referral relationships with Financial Advisors, business leaders, and professional organizations. Represent the firm at networking events, industry associations, career fairs, and community functions to attract top talent. Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Develop a thorough understanding of the Financial Advisor career path, hiring process, and onboarding experience. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for Financial Advisor opportunities. Coordinate and manage candidates throughout the interview and selection process. Partner closely with hiring leaders to ensure a consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruitment process. Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within the applicant tracking system. Ensure professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity throughout every stage of the hiring process. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Five+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within the financial services industry is required. Proven ability to recruit passive candidates and build strong talent pipelines. Exceptional relationship-building and networking skills. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Collaborative team player with a positive, professional attitude. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
