Customer Service Representative — Local, On-Site Position About Celesta Celesta is a rapidly growing healthcare technology company operating at the forefront of the at-home diagnostics industry. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Position Summary The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers, respond to questions, assist with general service needs, and coordinate internally to help resolve concerns. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, patience, sound judgment, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer service. This is a local, on-site position and is not eligible for remote work. Primary Responsibilities • Respond professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email • Provide accurate and timely information within the scope of the position • Document customer communications and actions accurately • Follow up on open questions and service requests • Coordinate with internal team members when additional assistance is required • Escalate concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor • Maintain confidentiality of customer, company, and health-related information • Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards • Assist with general administrative and customer-support responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service, administrative, or client-support experience • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional, patient, and solution-oriented attitude • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and changing priorities • Comfortable using computers, email, and web-based applications • Ability to learn new systems and procedures • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Ability to work locally and on-site during the required schedule Preferred Qualifications • Customer service experience in healthcare, technology, laboratory services, or another regulated industry • Experience working with confidential information • Familiarity with customer-management or ticketing systems • Associate or bachelor’s degree Why Join Celesta?
