A rapidly growing, highly respected building materials distributor is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand its presence throughout the Palm Beach market. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven salesperson.

Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, you will develop relationships with homebuilders, general contractors, developers, project managers, and superintendents while proving solutions for commercial and residential projects.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new business with homebuilders, general contractors, developers, and other construction professionals.
• Grow and manage key accounts throughout the Palm Beach territory.
• Create and execute a targeted sales strategy to increase market share.
• Conduct jobsite visits and assess project requirements.
• Recommend solutions based on application, performance, installation requirements, and Florida building codes.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations.
• Generate leads through prospecting, referrals, networking, and industry events.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships throughout the complete project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate customer, sales, and project information in the CRM.
• Partner with Sales, Accounting, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure accurate orders, timely deliveries, and responsive service.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3–5 years of experience in construction, building materials, or related product sales
• Experience with windows, doors, glass, glazing, fenestration, or exterior building products strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the Florida construction process, from initial plans through project completion
• Experience working with contractors, residential builders, project managers, or superintendents
• Proven ability to develop new accounts and meet or exceed sales goals
• Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• A project-management mindset with the ability to manage opportunities from initial inquiry through completion
• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory
