Outside Sales Representative

Compensation Base Salary (based on experience) + Uncapped Commission On Target Earnings (OTE) $70-100k+ About Us Kitchen Guard of Southeast Florida is a rapidly growing provider of professional kitchen exhaust hood cleaning services. We serve a diverse range of hospitality and healthcare clients, including restaurants, hotels, resorts, golf clubhouses, assisted living facilities, and hospitals. Outside Sales Representative We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hospitality, foodservice, and healthcare industries. Work directly with our VP of Business Development and Owner. Prospect and build relationships with restaurant owners, facility managers, executive chefs, general managers, and other decision‑makers. Present and promote our professional kitchen exhaust cleaning services. Generate new sales and contribute to company revenue growth. Attend networking events, industry functions, and local business gatherings to build brand awareness and generate leads. Maintain a professional image while representing the company in the field. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Comfortable making cold calls, conducting in‑person visits, and building new business relationships Basic proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and smartphone applications Authorization to work in the United States Physical Requirements Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops Capable of lifting 40+ pounds on a regular basis Preferred Qualifications Previous sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or business development) Previous fire and life safety industry experience Experience working in the restaurant, hospitality, foodservice, facilities management, or healthcare industries Existing relationships within the hospitality community Ability to speak Spanish Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools 20% commission on all sales Uncapped earning potential Base salary based on relevant experience Opportunity for career advancement within a fast‑growing company Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Supportive team environment with significant growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Kitchen Guard of Southeast Florida
