Outside Sales Representative

We are a family‑owned restoration company that builds trust with clients when they face water damage in their homes. You’ll be the one selling our services directly to homeowners. We don’t require sales experience – just a strong work ethic and an ability to connect with a variety of people. Responsibilities Respond to job leads by visiting clients’ homes in our service territory Build rapport and ask open‑ended questions to understand how we can serve clients Assess damage within the home and propose potential solutions Follow up with clients on questions and issues Communicate internally with team members Other duties as assigned Key Skills Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity Hungry, driven, and competitive Humble and teachable attitude Relational and outgoing personality Strong communication skills Compensation Uncapped base plus bonus structure with on‑target earning (OTE) of $125,000 with the opportunity to exceed.
