The Vehicle Title Clerk plays a crucial role in managing and processing vehicle title transactions accurately and efficiently. This position primarily handles new titles, title transfers, and lien releases using DMV Title Software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures and standards.
Responsibilities
- Process vehicle title transactions including new titles, title transfers, and lien releases
- Enter and update title information in DMV Title Software and CRM systems
- Verify accuracy and completeness of title documents
- Maintain organized records of processed titles and related paperwork
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies or issues
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in vehicle title processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of title and registration procedures
- Strong attention to detail
