GTSC and its Datawiz business unit seeks an Endpoint Service Desk Engineering Lead. ~~~ This position is pending task order award. ~~~ ​Clearance RequirementActive Top Secret (TS) security clearance​ Location: This is a local remote position in the metropolitan Washington DC area. There will be occasion when you are asked to perform some work onsite or to meet with other team members. MissionThis is not a Tier 1 help desk role. The position is focused on engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments. The selected candidate will serve as a primary engineering lead supporting secure endpoint operations, lifecycle management, and compliance-driven IT services. Education: Expertise matters. There is no degree requirement. RequirementsMinimum 8 years of IT, endpoint, or cybersecurity experienceMinimum 6 years performing engineering functions ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise endpoint engineering across:Windows and macOS device environmentsOwn full device lifecycle:Imaging, provisioning, patching, configuration, remediationImplement and maintain endpoint tool stack, including:Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, Ivanti, KACEDevelop and execute:Automated deployment and configuration controlsPatch validation and rollback proceduresSupport secure baseline enforcement and compliance trackingMaintain engineering documentation, including:RunbooksSOPsremediation workflowsSupport escalation and resolution of complex engineering issuesCollaborate with DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and program management teams Successful ApplicantsWithin your resume and in interview, strongly demonstrate that you are capable of leading engineering, automation, and enterprise endpoint management, including imaging, patching, configuration control, and remediation across Windows and macOS environments. Background Investigation RequirementsMust be a U.S. Citizen.Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.Must successfully complete the required background investigation and security training.
