Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations for clients seeking mental health support, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused modalities, tailoring approaches for individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, attending case conferences and contributing to treatment strategy discussions to ensure holistic and integrated care.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development, participating in workshops and training opportunities to stay current with advances in mental health methodologies and clinical practices.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families from various cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.
