Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in our outpatient treatment center, your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30, providing essential mental health support to those facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, and interpersonal issues. You will be instrumental in helping them navigate their unique experiences and empowering them to realize their full potential.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• Proven experience working in mental health treatment, particularly with adolescents or young adults.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, experience in therapeutic practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and group facilitation will serve you well in this role. Familiarity with telehealth platforms is also beneficial as you will be delivering services remotely.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
