Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your critical contributions will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients, establishing positive, therapeutic relationships grounded in professionalism and ethical standards.

• Conducting intake assessments to understand client needs and developing personalized, person-centered treatment plans.
\n
• Regularly meeting with clients to review progress, discuss challenges, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Documenting client interactions and maintaining comprehensive progress notes to effectively track developments.

• Facilitating individual therapy sessions tailored to the distinctive needs of each client, ensuring an environment conducive to healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will be directed towards a diverse patient population at our community health clinic, focusing on effectively addressing the mental health needs of individuals and families. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current and active LMHC licensure, allowing for unrestricted and independent practice.

• A minimum of one year of experience working in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in computer systems including Excel, email platforms, and mental health record systems like PIMSY.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 per year, aligned with experience and clinical expertise. Our compensation package includes a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid ahead of collections, as well as opportunities for bonuses. Benefit offerings include:
