What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive care to adults with acute and chronic conditions all while promoting wellness, preventive health, and patient education. Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary clinical teams. Perform in‑office procedures, prescribe medications, and interpret/manage diagnostic results. Participate in quality initiatives and team‑based improvement efforts. Respond to urgent situations and support patient safety.
