Position Overview As a Sales Representative , you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and delivering exceptional service. This position requires 3–5 years of air filtration experience and a strong ability to cultivate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the filtration industry. Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to build a solid sales pipeline. Build and nurture relationships with both new and existing customers. Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients. Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed individual and company sales goals. 2. Customer Engagement Understand customer needs and recommend suitable filtration solutions. Deliver prompt, professional, and solution-oriented customer service. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle. 3. Market Research & Analysis Stay current with trends in the filtration industry and emerging technologies. Research target markets and identify high-potential customer segments. Analyze competitor offerings and pricing to strengthen market position. 4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and customer interactions. Provide regular reports and sales forecasts for leadership review. 5. Collaboration & Teamwork Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry workshops. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in air filtration sales (mandatory). Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in negotiation, closing deals, and building client relationships. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred). Commitment to exceptional customer service. Ability to lift 35 pounds and climb ladders to rooftops. Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required). NAFA (National Air Filtration Association) certifications are a plus.
