Graduate Assistant - Nursing

Muskingum University invites applications for the position of Graduate Assistant for the Nursing Program.  This position will assist with administrative operations, while supporting recruitment and engagement initiatives. 

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Organize and maintain records
• Assist with data compilation and report preparation
• Support recruitment efforts through prospect tracking and communications
• Assist with the development and management of social media outreach
• Provide administrative support, including scheduling, event coordination, and program operations

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Acceptance into a Muskingum University graduate program
• Bachelor’s degree  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform duties in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
