Position Overview As a Showroom Consultant at Casainc, you will guide visitors by providing product recommendations and styling solutions, coupled with basic design support. Your role is pivotal in fulfilling clients’ kitchen, bath, and renovation product needs while driving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arriving, learn their motivations, and recommend suitable products and design ideas. Respond accurately to inquiries about pricing, inventory, and delivery; prepare quotations and follow up on orders. Keep showroom organized, stock replenished, and visual displays appealing. Continuously improve sales skills, product knowledge, and design sensibility. Qualifications Prior sales experience preferred, especially in kitchen & bath, lighting, flooring, or cabinetry. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to work in a fast-paced showroom environment; physical stamina for handling moderately heavy items.
