If you take pride in producing high-quality welds, enjoy working from blueprints, and want a stable first-shift position with competitive pay, we'd like to hear from you.What You'll DoPerform MIG and TIG welding on stainless steel and mild steel.Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and welding process specifications.Measure, fit, and fabricate components to precise specifications.Use measuring tools and basic hand tools accurately.Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Minimum Education RequiredRequiredMinimum 2 years of MIG/TIG welding experience with stainless steel and mild steel.Strong ability to set up welding machines independently.Solid knowledge of welding equipment, accessories, and best practices.Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and welding specifications.Proficient with measuring tape and basic hand tools.Good verbal communication skills.Must provide your own basic hand tools.Additional InformationA hands-on welding test will be required during the hiring process.Veterans are encouraged to apply.This is an on-site position.Physical work is required.No pre-employment drug test.Compensation$25.00 - $30.00 / HourlyApplication InstructionsEmail your resume and any welding certifications (if available) to View email address on click.appcast.io.
