Electrical Assembler

Now Hiring: 2nd Shift Mechanical AssemblersWorking on precision brakes and clutches used in medical equipment, farm machinery, and government applications. You will perform bench assembly in one of several departments, including medical assembly, magnet assembly, or electronics assembly, using hand and power tools to build and sub-assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components. This role offers a structured path for advancement into electronic or gearmotor assembly and provides the opportunity to work on a wide variety of products that support cutting-edge automation technology.ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly of brakes, clutches, gear motors, and drives on bench workstations.Assemble components for medical devices such as surgical robots, gurneys, hospital beds, and MRI-related equipment, as well as farm and government-related machinery.Use hand tools, including calipers and micrometers, to measure and verify component dimensions and ensure assemblies meet specifications.Operate power tools safely and effectively for fastening, drilling, and other assembly-related tasks.Read and interpret blueprints and assembly drawings to correctly build and sub-assemble mechanical and electronic components.Perform light mechanical assembly and sub-assembly tasks with strong attention to detail in a low-volume, high product mix environment.Essential Skills/Qualifications:At least 2 years of mechanical or electronic assembly experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.Proven experience working with hand and power tools in an assembly or repair setting.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately.Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly practices.Ability to work independently, remain focused, and consistently stay on task throughout the shift.Comfort working in a high-volume, high production mix environment, assembling multiple product types in a single day.Clear and effective verbal communication skills to follow instructions and collaborate with team members.Why Work Here?Employees benefit from a comprehensive total rewards package that supports both professional growth and personal well-being.
