Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

About Our Client

Client is a builder developer in the Atlanta market that operates as a general contractor servicing client in the Multifamily and Senior Living space.

Job Description

Lead multifamily construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues proactively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards across all project phases.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

A successful Construction Project Manager - Multifamily should have:

A strong background in managing multifamily construction projects.
Strong tenure, no more than two jobs in 10 years.
Knowledge of construction management software and tools.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
A solid understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
The ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
