Registered Nurse (RN)

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care and support within the unit, demonstrating professionalism and clinical expertise.

Role Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment plans.
Document patient care accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and best practices.
Support and mentor junior staff members as needed.

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Previous experience in a clinical setting is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
