Remote Customer Service Rep - Financial Services (Spanish)

First Citizens Bank is hiring multiple full-time Customer Service Representatives in our inbound Customer Engagement Center. This is a remote role with initial training conducted both remote and onsite, located near Raleigh, NC. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Candidates must be willing to commute for training and occasional in-person duties. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls and chats across multiple banking products, assisting with transactions, and identifying cross-sell #J-18808-Ljbffr First Citizens Bank
