Insurance Sales Producer

With a base salary ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 and expected earnings of $70,000 to $105,000, this is a rewarding opportunity for motivated sales professionals.

Key Requirements:

• Must reside in Florida
• Florida 2-15 or 2-20 insurance license required (must be obtained before start date, preference for already licensed candidates)
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Manage customer accounts, process policy changes, and handle renewals
• Educate clients on insurance products and industry trends
• Assist customers with claims and provide ongoing support
• Contribute to agency growth by meeting sales goals and quotas
