Our organization is collaborating with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) located in Northwest Indiana to recruit primary care physicians. We are in search of dedicated and passionate individuals who are eager to serve an underserved patient demographic.

• A non-profit entity committed to delivering quality, affordable healthcare to all, including those who are uninsured or underinsured in Porter, Lake, and La Porte Counties.

• A supportive team atmosphere featuring a diverse range of professionals, including primary care physicians, obstetricians, midwives, pediatricians, nurse practitioners, prenatal nurses, family support specialists, case managers, patient navigators, and community outreach specialists.

• Collaboration with psychiatrists, behavioral health consultants, and substance abuse counselors to ensure comprehensive care that addresses emotional and behavioral health needs.

• Outpatient clinics that accommodate both scheduled appointments and walk-in visits for patients.
