Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled Copper Brazers with experience in copper-to-copper brazing for industrial and commercial applications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to read prints, and a commitment to producing high-quality, leak-free joints.

***Sign On Bonus***

$1,000 after 500 working hours and another $1,000 after 1,000 working hours.

Responsibilities:

• Perform copper-to-copper brazing using appropriate torches, filler metals, and fluxes
• Prepare, clean, and fit copper piping and components prior to brazing
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Inspect completed joints to ensure strength, quality, and leak prevention
• Follow all safety procedures, including fire watch and hot-work protocols
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
• Work independently or as part of a crew to meet production or project deadlines

Requirements:

• Proven experience brazing copper to copper (HVAC, piping, refrigeration, or similar)
• Ability to pass a brazing test
• Knowledge of torch setup, temperature control, and joint preparation
• Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in industrial, commercial HVAC, or mechanical piping environments
• OSHA 10 or safety training certifications
• Experience with pressure testing and leak detection

Work Environment:

• Industrial or construction settings
• May require standing, lifting, climbing, and working in tight spaces
