Construction Superintendent-Nantucket, MA

Job Title Job Description Take full responsibility for job site leadership and daily operations. Develop, manage, and drive project schedules and critical milestones. Enforce quality control and safety standards across all trades. Lead and coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and vendors. Run site meetings, track progress, and proactively solve field issues. Serve as the primary field point of contact for project stakeholders. Partner with Project Managers to ensure overall project success. Mentor Assistant Superintendents and junior field staff. The Successful Applicant 5-15 years of experience as a (Lead) Super (Background in Public, and / or Commercial ground-up construction necessary.) MA CSL. OSHA 30, Proficient in Procore. Ideally has prior experience working on projects valued at $10M+ or more. Must have previously worked for a Commercial General Contractor.
