Field Reimbursement Manager, Neuroscience - (Nashville, TN) - Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS)

Field Reimbursement Manager role focused on neuroscience therapies in a multi-city Tennessee territory. Responsible for educating healthcare providers on reimbursement processes, addressing patient access barriers, and collaborating with internal teams to support treatment initiation and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Educate healthcare providers on reimbursement procedures, claims submissions, and coding requirements for payers
• Serve as access and reimbursement expert to field support team including sales and account managers
• Conduct on-site assessments of provider education needs and facilitate stakeholder collaboration
• Address access and affordability barriers proactively using data and account management skills
• Build relationships with customers and manage territory logistics, routing, and account planning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in healthcare, business, or public administration
• Extensive knowledge of medication access channels and payer reimbursement processes
• Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of pharmacy and medical benefit structures including buy-and-bill models
• Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and payer policy landscape
