Salary Range - $55,000 - $85,000 + Performance Bonus

Compensation is based on the candidates qualifications and relevant experience. Top performers can earn $75,000$90,000+

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Live within commuting distance of Alsip, IL

Minimum 2 years experience in estimating, and restoration coordination, or project management.

Strong understanding of insurance-driven restoration workflow

Xactimate estimating proficiency

Ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously with organization, urgency, and accuracy

Willing to participate in a predictable on-call rotation 1 week/month

Candidates with experience in restoration coordination, mitigation project management, insurance claim handling, estimating, Xactimate, or program work are encouraged to apply. Strong backgrounds include roles such as Estimator, Project Manager, Mitigation Project Manager, Production Manager, Restoration Coordinator, Claims Coordinator, Program Coordinator, or Office Manager within a restoration company.

Responsibilities

What youll do:

Manage assigned projects from inspection handoff through final billing

Coordinate scheduling of technicians, vendors, and subcontractors

Prepare estimates, revisions, and supplements based on documented scope

Monitor job progress and escalate issues impacting timeline or profitability

Communicate with customers, adjusters, and internal teams to drive job completion
