Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Cardiac Catheterization Lab – Evanston, IL 60202 Start Date: August 3, 2026 Location: Evanston, Illinois Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. On-call requirements include every third weekend and at least 16 on-call shifts per 6-week period. 30-minute on-call response time required. Assignment duration is approximately 91 days. Highlights: Deliver exceptional patient care to adult and geriatric populations throughout all cardiovascular procedures Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic procedural environment Monitor physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Participate in quality initiatives and continuous performance improvement activities Provide holistic support addressing physical, psychosocial, and emotional patient needs 12-hour orientation provided to ensure successful onboarding Requirements: Active Illinois Registered Nurse (RN) license required Minimum one year of clinical experience in a Cardiovascular Lab performing cardiac procedures or in a Critical Care setting Current BCLS (AHA) and ACLS certification required upon hire and must maintain throughout assignment Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Ability to prepare and maintain procedure rooms and manage supplies and equipment Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Why Join Us?
