Weekend Shift Opportunities

We are hiring Care Professionals who are available to work every Saturday and Sunday .

Available weekend shifts include:

• Morning Shifts
• Afternoon Shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Overnight Shifts

We carefully match CarePros with clients based on their availability, skills, and experience to ensure the best possible fit.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, as needed
• Performing light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Providing transportation to appointments and errands, when applicable
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Assisting clients living with dementia or Alzheimer's disease
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition
• Completing accurate and timely documentation in accordance with company policies

Candidate Profile

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a compassionate, dependable, and positive attitude
• Enjoys helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent
• Provides outstanding customer service
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation
• Communicates effectively with clients, families, and office staff
• Is committed to working every Saturday and Sunday

Pay & Benefits

At Home Instead Louisville, we value the dedication and compassion of our Care Professionals.

• Starting Pay: $14.00 per hour
• Weekend Shift Differential: Additional $1.00 per hour
• Employee Referral Bonus: $250

Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be available to work every Saturday and Sunday
• Have a valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation and current auto insurance
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Be willing and able to work with all clients without restrictions
• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds
• Be dependable, compassionate, and punctual
