Role Description The Vice President of Sales for the West and Upper Midwest Region is a full-time remote role responsible for leading regional revenue growth and strategic market expansion. This roles Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, building new business opportunities with health systems and ensuring strong customer relationships and retention. The role also includes representing PharmaForce at industry events, gathering market intelligence, and working with executive leadership on pricing, contracts, and long-term growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated strength in Sales consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools to drive data-informed decisions.
• Proven Business Development capabilities, such as identifying new market opportunities, negotiating complex contracts, and launching new solutions or services.
• Extensive experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, pharmacy services, or related technology solutions; familiarity with 340B and PBM programs is strongly preferred.
