Marketing and Sales Associate

Role Purpose Support marketing and sales efforts that move deals forward and strengthen the Triple20 brand: so Account Managers can sell and clients experience a consistently excellent, on-brand Triple20. What You'll Do (Your Accountabilities) Sales Asset Production: Proposals, decks, and pitch materials are drafted, built, and delivered accurately and on deadline, giving Account Managers what they need to win. Marketing Content Creation: Marketing copy and collateral (web, email, social, print) are written and designed to a consistent, professional standard. Client Experience at HQ: Client visits and touchpoints originating out of HQ (visit planning, welcomes, gifts, dinners, and other curated moments) are thoughtfully planned and executed, so clients experience the same deliberate hospitality at HQ that they get on the show floor. Deck & Presentation Development: Client-facing presentations are built, formatted, and polished, ready to present with plenty of time for review ahead of time. Accounts Team Support: The Accounts team has the marketing/sales assets and the communications support it needs to keep deals and deliverables moving. What We're Looking For Get It: The Right Person understands that this seat exists to make Account Managers faster and Triple20 look sharp: not just to complete tasks, but to move deals forward. Capacity: The Right Person has the design/writing skills, organization, and bandwidth to juggle multiple concurrent requests and deadlines without dropping the ball. What You Bring Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, graphic design, business, or a related field 0-2 years of professional experience (internships count) Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, plus PowerPoint/Google Slides Strong writing skills and attention to detail Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines A collaborative, can-do attitude and willingness to learn Willingness to travel roughly once per quarter (3-5 days per trip) Nice to Have Experience with proposal or RFP writing Familiarity with CRM tools Basic photo/video editing skills What We Offer Salary range: $50,000-$60,000, based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Unlimited PTO: we trust our team to manage their time and take the rest they need.
