It’s the Huron way.We see what’s possible in you and help you achieve it.Key Responsibilities:5-7 years of related experience with cloud implementations in a consulting roleHands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting), working closely with senior team members to ensure successful deliveryDrive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activitiesDevelop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing.The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensionsQualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experienceHands-on experience in the implementation of Oracle Risk Management (or Lease Accounting), working closely with senior team members to ensure successful delivery.3-5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business usersAt lease 3 years of experience working with Oracle ERP, Oracle E-Business Suite, or other ERP/financial systemsSolid understanding of finance processes (general ledger, payables, receivables, fixed assets, cash management)Hands-on experience driving the implementation of Oracle Risk Management, working closely with senior team members to ensure successful deliveryEffective oral and written communication skillsAbility to own project workstreams through self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks with little to no supervisionA desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologiesStrong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindsetAptitude for, and enjoyment of working in teamsOracle ERP Cloud certifications (or progress toward them) are a plusWillingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teamsThe estimated base salary for this job is $145,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750- $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs.
