Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech
Join our team as a Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech and play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of surgical instrument sterilization.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform decontamination of surgical instruments and equipment
- Assemble instruments across all service lines including trauma and loaners
- Execute sterilization processes using sterrad and steam methods
- Manage sterile storage and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Act as an OR liaison to facilitate communication and workflow
- Utilize Censitrac tracking system for instrument management
- Float between OSU locations as needed
What We Need To See
- CRCST or CSPDT certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing
- Experience with decontamination and sterilization processes
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
- Experience with Censitrac tracking system
- Previous OR liaison experience
