What You'll Do

• Scrub for CVOR surgeries involving cardiovascular and thoracic procedures such as CABG, EVAR, TEVAR, valve replacements, and more
• Assist with instrument reprocessing for cardiovascular and thoracic surgeries
• Maintain aseptic technique during procedures
• Support with equipment documentation and charting using EPIC system
• Circulate and scrub as part of the operating team, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency
• Participate in call duties and weekend rotations as scheduled
• Follow hospital protocols and safety standards to ensure high-quality surgical outcomes

What You Need

• Current BLS certification
• 5+ years of CST experience including at least 2 years in cardiac and vascular surgeries
• 1+ year CVOR experience in a Level I Trauma hospital preferred
• Experience with cardiovascular/thoracic instrument reprocessing
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and surgical protocols
• Flexibility to work various shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:00 PM, including call
