Product Director, Bispecifics and Portfolio Patient Marketing

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director to lead patient marketing initiatives for multiple myeloma education and bispecifics portfolio activation (TECVAYLI® and TALVEY®). The role balances disease awareness programs with brand-specific patient engagement across a competitive oncology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Execute portfolio education and bispecifics patient activation programs from strategy through launch and optimization
- Develop patient-facing education on multiple myeloma, treatment landscape, and treatment journey navigation
- Identify and address barriers to awareness, consideration, and treatment initiation for TECVAYLI® and TALVEY®
- Monitor market signals and adjust priorities rapidly as treatment landscape evolves
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and patient support to ensure compliant, patient-centered programs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, managed care, pricing, or leadership development program
- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing, project management, and communication
- Ability to travel up to 20% including overnight and weekend travel
- Oncology experience preferred
- People leadership experience preferred
