Product Director, Bladder Cancer Professional Promotion Marketing, Erda-iDRS

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director to lead bladder cancer professional marketing strategy and promotional initiatives for the Erda-iDRS product. The role involves developing comprehensive marketing plans, creating healthcare provider engagement content, and collaborating across commercial, medical, and regulatory teams in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans including strategy, positioning, and promotional campaigns for bladder cancer treatment
- Create and optimize promotional content and customer engagement tools to drive key brand messages across healthcare provider channels
- Lead advisory boards, market research, and analytics to generate insights for marketing initiatives and refinement
- Manage agency of record and specialty agencies; coordinate promotional activities with sales leadership
- Partner with legal, medical, regulatory, and health economics teams to ensure marketing material compliance and approval
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant business experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, managed care, pricing, or leadership development programs
- Proficiency in marketing, project management, and clear communication
- Ability to travel up to 20% including overnight and weekend travel
- Oncology and/or urology experience preferred
- People leadership experience preferred
