Product Director, Professional Promotion, INLEXZO

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director to lead marketing strategies and launch execution for INLEXZO in bladder cancer. The role requires developing comprehensive marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving healthcare professional promotion initiatives across multiple indications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, positioning, and messaging for INLEXZO bladder cancer treatment
- Lead launch strategy and execution for upcoming indications including SunRISe-5, coordinating cross-functional teams from pre-launch through post-launch optimization
- Create indication-specific positioning, messaging, and healthcare professional promotional materials aligned with approved labeling
- Partner with sales and learning teams to ensure field readiness, training content, and launch tools for each indication expansion
- Serve as strategic integrator across omnichannel, sales, analytics, and other functions using performance data to guide prioritization and optimization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant business experience in pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, managed care, pricing, or leadership development programs
- Demonstrated proficiency in marketing, project management, and communication
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight and weekend travel
- Oncology experience preferred
- Product launch experience preferred
