Product Director, Care Delivery, GU

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Product Director for Care Delivery in its Genitourinary Oncology portfolio. The role will develop and execute care delivery strategies to support product adoption, patient access, and operational scaling across academic and community customer segments, working cross-functionally with brand, sales, medical affairs, and market access teams.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute GU care delivery strategy in partnership with Group Product Director across customer segments
- Gather and synthesize customer, field, and market insights to design solutions addressing operational barriers
- Lead care delivery workstream for priority launches and indication expansions, maintaining integrated readiness plans
- Drive cross-functional execution with marketing, account management, medical affairs, and market access partners
- Develop, deploy, and manage care delivery tools and resources supporting current and future GU launches
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years relevant business experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare
- 5+ years in sales, marketing, managed care, pricing, or leadership development
- Strong marketing, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%, including overnight and weekend travel
- Experience in oncology preferred
- Prior product launch experience preferred
