Group Product Director, US Oncology Precision Medicine, RYBREVANT

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Group Product Director for US Oncology Precision Medicine to lead strategy development and execution for the RYBREVANT portfolio and oncology-level precision medicine capabilities. The role partners cross-functionally to align precision medicine strategies with brand priorities, disease states, and patient needs within the lung cancer and solid tumor franchises.
Responsibilities
- Build understanding of patient testing journey, diagnostic landscape, and testing rates at national and sub-national levels
- Serve as commercial subject matter expert on biomarkers and ensure alignment across brand assets and messaging
- Partner with franchise and field teams to identify account-level precision medicine needs aligned to strategic priorities
- Lead unbranded biomarker awareness and testing initiatives for healthcare practitioners and pathologists
- Develop and maintain integrated US precision medicine external communications strategy including digital and congress presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years marketing, sales, or precision medicine experience
- Direct or targeted therapy product experience in precision medicine
- Demonstrated ability to foster growth mindset and high-performance culture
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Oncology industry experience preferred
