Lead Labor Claim Technician Location: Redlands, CA On-Site Salary Range: $22.99 - $26.92 Hourly Reports To: QC Supervisor Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: None (0%) Physical Demands & Requirements: Physical Effort: Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of up to 50 lbs. Position involves a combination of stationary work and frequent movement throughout the facility and across multiple levels. Pre-employment: Ability to pass a post-offer background check and drug screen. What You'll Do Lead and support workflow to ensure timely processing and closure of all received labor claims. Assist in training and quality oversight to ensure team meets outcomes related to efficiency, safety, and accuracy. Work with product team to reach and sustain desired overall proficiency with product failure analysis. Inspect, measure, and record all details about labor claims. Inspect, measure, and record all relevant details to support the tracking of manufacturing issues. Receive, identify, and sort UPS, FedEx, and DHL deliveries (samples vs. labor claims). Maintain internal quality tracking documents. Act as a resource and assist the product management team as needed. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience. Strong automotive knowledge – specifically diagnostic and troubleshooting. Must be able to use precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers. Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to communicate and understand verbal, written, and electronic directions. Proficient in Office (especially in Excel / Word). Ability to manage large amounts of data. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
