Registered Nurse Supervisor
Location: The Bronx, New York, United States
About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at East Haven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will play a crucial role in leading our skilled and dedicated nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents. Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of registered nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to established policies and procedures
Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to address the unique needs of our residents
Conduct regular rounds to assess resident care, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing education and coaching to staff
Foster a positive and respectful work environment by promoting open communication, teamwork, and cultural diversity
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes
