WHNP - RESPONSIBILITIES (listed are included but not limited to)

• License: Must maintain an active, full, and unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner in this state or any other state of the United States of America.
• Must provide and maintain active Nurse Practitioner certification or Women's Health Specialty certification.
• Shall hold and maintain BLS and ACLS certification.
