Desired Qualifications:

• Active and unencumbered RN license
• Relevant experience in Infusion therapy, Oncology, and Pediatric nursing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
• Strong IV placement and medication administration skills
• Comfortable monitoring pediatric and adolescent patients
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities
• Proficiency in EMR documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for pediatric and oncology patients receiving infusion therapies
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patient conditions, ensuring safety and comfort throughout treatment
• Administer chemotherapy, biologic medications, blood products, and supportive infusions according to protocols
• Offer age-appropriate nursing interventions and education to patients and families
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to update care plans and coordinate resources
• Accurately document all patient interactions, medication administration, and treatment responses
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and infection control practices
